Yes, I know, too many photos! I think this new blog is going to have the worlds longest posts! Sorry about that! But its been a while and I really enjoyed looking back at the photographs from Erika and Armando’s wedding and trash the dress session. No matter how we can prepare to photograph a wedding there is one thing that there is no way to control, and that is the weather! For this couple both wedding day and the following morning were marked by crazy, out of control tropical storms. Fortunately the wedding day show went on- and the following morning the weather finally took a break just in time to allow for an amazing trash the dress session. I really can’t remember if Lindsey and I spoke to Erika and Armando in English or Spanish- I have a feeling it was Spanglish all the way. But I do know that it was a lot of fun to get to know them and that I loved photographing a couple who was so enthusiastic about the photographs. Gracias Erika y Armando, les mandamos un fuerte abrazo y nuestros mejores deseos!

And a few photos of Armando before the ceremony-

The Catholic ceremony was held at the Guadalupe chapel on the Quinta Avenida en Playa del Camen.
The ballroom reception was held at the Royal Playa del Carmen ballroom. Guests had traveled from all over Mexico and the US, I am sure this party did not disappoint!
I hope you have made it this far! I loved the photos from the day after trash the dress session!
