Playa del Carmen photographer Elizabeth Medina. Nothing happened to Angela´s Vera Wang wedding gown at the beach sunrise trash the dress session. Thanks for letting me get that out before we go any further! This lovely couple had a beautiful Catholic wedding at the Iberostar´s chapel, I will be blogging those photographs very soon. The day was action packed and very beautiful, but the couple had a full day in the company of their wedding party, family and friends. It was SO amazing that they planned to be up at sunrise for some beach photographs. I love to do these sessions because it is just a relaxed time for the bride and groom to spend time together and document their relationship as a couple on their first day as newlyweds. The term trash the dress can be very relative, I have noticed that at an outdoor Mexico wedding the dress does a pretty good job of trashing itself during the festivities! The session conducted after the wedding (which can be the next day or even after the couple returns from the honeymoon) can range from extreme (getting into the water with the dress) to “trash free” as the case with Angela and Joe´s session. So rest assured, no Vera Wang was harmed in the making of this beautiful couple´s memories. Angela and Joe, Lindsey and I loved photographing the two of you! Thanks for being so much fun to photograph at the trash the dress session and at your beautiful Mexico wedding itself!
